MyAxom Reviews: Visfot Movie Review {2.5/5} & Rating

Star Cast: Fardeen Khan, Riteish Deshmukh, Krystle Dsouza, Priya Bapat

Director: Kookie Gulati

Visfot Movie Review Synopsis:
Visfot narrates the story of Shoaib (Fardeen Khan), who returns from Australia to attend to his ailing mother and gets entangled in a dangerous situation involving drugs and threats. The film explores the intersection of two diverse worlds, leading to chaos and intense sequences that keep the audience on edge.

Visfot Movie Story Review:
Visfot, a remake of the Venezuelan film Piedra Papel O Tijera, presents a gripping narrative marred by loopholes in the first half. The screenplay by Hussain Dalal and Abbas Dalal captures the essence of the characters but falters in coherence. Kookie Gulati’s direction maintains clarity amid a complex storyline, with standout performances amplifying the drama.

Despite compelling moments, the film suffers from unconvincing plot developments, particularly in the second half. The interweaving of characters’ paths feels contrived at times, detracting from the overall impact of the story.

Visfot Movie Review Performances:
Fardeen Khan delivers a commendable performance, showcasing potential for more dynamic roles. Riteish Deshmukh’s departure from his usual comedic roles is well-executed, while Krystle Dsouza and Priya Bapat shine in their respective characters. The supporting cast, including Seema Biswas and Nachiket Purnapatre, deliver memorable portrayals, enhancing the film’s intensity.

Visfot Music and Technical Aspects:
Amjad Nadeem Aamir’s music, though adequate, lacks lasting impact. The background score by Amar Mohile elevates the cinematic experience, complemented by Shikhar Bhatnagar’s striking cinematography and Javed Karim’s engaging action sequences. The production design by Sneha Bhandare and costumes by Vibhuti Chamria add authenticity to the narrative, enhancing the visual appeal of the film.

Visfot Movie Review Conclusion:
In conclusion, Visfot offers moments of tension and strong performances but is hindered by narrative inconsistencies, affecting its overall impact as an average entertainer.
