In a recent turn of events, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was hospitalized for heatstroke on Wednesday afternoon in Ahmedabad, India. The incident allegedly occurred during the Indian Premier League (IPL) qualifier match between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Narendra Modi Stadium.
SRK, who had arrived in Ahmedabad on Monday to support his team, reportedly fell victim to heatstroke after spending two days in the city. Following the intense match on Tuesday, he returned to his hotel late at night. However, his health deteriorated the next morning, prompting his admission to KD Hospital for medical intervention.
Thankfully, Shah Rukh received immediate medical attention and was ultimately discharged after receiving initial aid. Reports circulating online indicate that his condition has improved significantly, and he is currently in stable condition. However, in light of his health concerns, he has decided to postpone his scheduled return journey to Mumbai to prioritize rest and recovery.
